By accessing or using the Adexorb website (adexorb.com) or engaging Adexorb Technologies Private Limited for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or commissioning work from Adexorb, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

2. Services

Adexorb Technologies provides website design and development, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), AI integration, and related digital marketing services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are agreed in a separate project proposal or contract.

3. Payment Terms

Web development projects require a 50% advance before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Monthly retainer services (SEO, GEO) are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept bank transfer, UPI, and Razorpay.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients own the final website design, content, and custom code delivered as part of their project. Third-party themes, plugins, and libraries remain subject to their respective licences.

5. Limitation of Liability

Adexorb Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days’ written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India.
