I am Prasanth G Kumar. I am an IT professional from Pathanamthitta, Kerala. I have spent over 20 years driving digital transformation for some of the world’s biggest financial institutions — Deutsche Bank, American Express, and British Telecom among them. My career spans six key roles: Technical Lead, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Product Manager. I held all of these at Infosys, Cognizant, and Tata Consultancy Services — three of India’s largest IT companies.
At TCS, I led digital banking products for major global clients. These included Deutsche Bank, American Express, British Telecom, Ernst & Young, LahiTapiola, and Saudi National Bank. I worked onsite in five countries: the UK, Malaysia, Finland, Sweden, and Saudi Arabia. My role was to align business vision with technology delivery. I built Agile teams, ran product roadmaps, and used data analytics — Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python — for strategic decisions.
